Conveyancing and real estate work has been the main stay of Foo & Quek LLC (and its predecessor, Foo & Quek) for the last 45 years.
 
Our real estate and conveyancing practice has established a niche in the field of property development as we have been acting for property developers such as City Developments Limited, Hong Leong Holdings Limited, TID Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Trade and Industrial Development Private Limited), Tripartite Developers Pte. Limited, Hong Realty (Private) Limited and many others, in addition to acting for individual clients, banks and finance companies.
 
​Apart from acting in the sale, purchase, mortgage and/or leasing of various individual properties, our real estate and conveyancing practice has acted in numerous housing development projects, often starting with the acquisition of the land, documentation for the financing and development work, and addressing various issues arising in the course of construction and the sale of the units in the development.
