Mr Foo graduated from the University of Singapore (predecessor of the National University of Singapore) in 1966 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in January 1967. In 1972, Mr Foo set up Foo & Quek together with the late Ms Quek Bee Heong as a boutique law firm specializing in conveyancing and other real estate matters. With over five decades in real estate practice, Mr Foo has extensive experience and knowledge having addressed numerous legal issues in the course of giving advice on various property transactions. He has acted for clients in the acquisition, holding and divestment of residential, industrial and commercial property as well as in real estate financing and security documentation. Mr. Foo has been a director of City Developments Limited and several of its subsidiaries. |
